What areas do you cover?

◦ We cover North London, South London, East London and West London boroughs surrounding areas including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Please reach out to us if you are unsure if we cover your area or not.

Do you have any delivery charges?

◦ We offer free delivery to any postcode within a 10 mile radius of HA8. You may incur a small fee if you are not within this area.

How do I pay?

◦ We take a £50 deposit upon booking to secure your date and delivery slot. This payment is made via bank transfer to our business account. Once this is paid you will receive an invoice, the remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery.

Do you have public liability insurance?

◦ Yes, we have £5m public liability insurance which covers for faulty equipment. Certificates can be provided upon request.

How in advance do I need to make a booking?

◦ We recommend booking in as soon as you have the details of your event to ensure you have a preferred delivery slot of your choice.
